We collect only the information necessary to provide you with a personalized learning experience:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted password (managed via Supabase Auth).
- Learning Data: Quiz scores, lesson progress, and reflection notes to track your growth.
- Technical Data: IP address and device type for security and debugging purposes.
2. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell your data. We use it strictly to:
- Personalize your curriculum path.
- Provide AI-driven feedback on your reflections (processed anonymously).
- Maintain the security of the platform.
- Send essential account updates (we hate spam too).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL). We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that even within our database, your private journal entries are accessible only by you.
4. AI Processing
When you use our "Reflection Gate" features, your text is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for analysis. We have configured our API usage so that your data is not used to train their models. It is processed transiently and then discarded by the AI provider.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Request complete deletion of your account and data (The "Right to be Forgotten").
- Opt-out of any non-essential analytics.
