1. Code of Conduct (Adab)
Eternal Ilm is a space for spiritual growth. We expect all users to uphold high standards of Adab (Etiquette):
- Respect: Treat fellow learners and instructors with dignity.
- Integrity: Do not cheat on quizzes or claim others' reflections as your own.
- Safety: Do not post harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content in community discussions.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Intellectual Property
The curriculum, videos, and design of Eternal Ilm are the property of Eternal Ilm and Axiora Academy. You may use them for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or copy them without permission.
4. The Digital Waqf Model
By using our services (including premium features), you acknowledge that Eternal Ilm operates as a not-for-profit social enterprise. Surplus revenues are donated to charity. Payments made for subscriptions are considered service fees, not tax-deductible donations, although we treat the surplus as Waqf.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Code of Conduct or use the platform for malicious purposes.
6. Disclaimers
While we strive for accuracy in our Islamic content, verified by scholars, Eternal Ilm is an educational tool and does not replace the guidance of qualified local scholars for specific Fiqh rulings (Fatwas).
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the new terms.
